Mind-blowing location, super cozy and incredibly clean flat, great host, amazing experience, great facilities like wi-fi and electric kettle. No pets or smoking allowed.

My friend and I had a great stay at Azur Studios. Giuseppe, the host, made our late arrival hassle, free by preparing everything for us, including the key handover and making the bed. the studio and building were impeccably clean and the sofa, bed was surprisingly comfortable. the air, conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It only took us 3, 4 minutes to walk to the beach. the studio may have been small, but it had everything we needed, including a well, equipped kitchen. we were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend Azur Studios to anyone looking for excellent value for their money. Cons: Liked everything. 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at Azur Studios in Cannes. The studio may be small, but it had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and even included extras like olive oil, coffee, and spices. The bathroom had all the toiletries we needed, and the room was clean. We were actually surprised to find beach towels, sunscreen, and a parasol available for us to use. The location was superb, with the beach just steps away and the old town conveniently located above the building. The bus stop right in front of the door made it easy to explore the area. Despite some minor noise from the street, it didn't bother us too much. The host, Beppe, was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend Azur Studios for a comfortable and convenient stay in Cannes.

The value for money at Azur Studios was excellent, as the cozy and clean room had everything we needed, from kitchenware to toiletries. The location was perfect, with the beach just steps away and the port nearby. The host, Giuseppe, was helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast delights with just one improvement needed - it would be even better with more variety in the menu.

The location was amazing - just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach and only 10 minutes to the center of the port. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even making my bed for me and allowing a late check-out. Despite being small, the studio had everything I needed, including kitchenware and toiletries. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The free WiFi was a much-needed lifeline for internet addicts like me. The seating area was perfect for some quality snacking and binge-watching sessions. The fridge was a great hideout for my secret stash of chocolate.

Because who wouldn't want to stay in a hotel with no cons? It was just too perfect to find anything negative!
